Case Study: How We Engineered a High-Converting AI Lead Machine (From 3 to 84 Leads)

1. Starting Day

We kicked off this project in December 2025. It was the perfect time to build a solid baseline, clean up the brand’s technical data infrastructure, and prepare their entire digital footprint for the upcoming quarter.

Phase 2: Ongoing Monthly Optimization & Active Reasoning


  • Real-Time Monitoring: We actively tracked up to 100 high-intent AEO keywords and questions real people were asking AI systems about their niche.

  • Active Content Ingestion: Every month, we crafted 4 deeply researched AEO Content Pages directly on their CMS and added 3 category/product-level FAQs based on real-world search trends.

  • Dynamic Glossary Management: AI search intent shifts constantly. This case study spans a 4-month timeframe, running from December 2025 through April 2026.
